What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

Reflect, understand. And choose.

Simply understanding that no one is doing anything to me.

If I feel bad from any situation; I understand that it is either:

1) a perspective/reflection of myself that is shown to me.

2) I am clearly affected by what happened and why am I allowing it to affect me?

And… what am I going to do about?

How am I going to choose to feel?
